Baba's Chicken Restro & Bar carries the Punjabi recipes Baba Ji started with in 1962 to Jackson Gates Retail Plaza in northeast Calgary.
How Baba's Chicken started
Fish Fry, Spinach Corn Roll and Model Town, Ludhiana
His son Mr. Kanwaljit Singh and his wife added Fish Fry and Spinach Corn Roll, and in 1991 the first Baba's Restaurant opened in Model Town, Ludhiana, known for its homemade masalas and butter chicken.
Now in Calgary at Jackson Gates
Today Mr. Avneet Singh and Mr. Harsh Mohan Singh carry the family's recipes on at Unit 1150, 4100 109 Ave NE, in Jackson Gates Retail Plaza.
Punjabi food, made to order in northeast Calgary
Our menu runs from Baba's Butter Chicken, Kali Mirch Paneer and Fish Pakora to Dal Makhni, tandoor kebabs and fresh naan, for dine-in, takeout or delivery.
